Evening and Weekend Sales Rep

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and outgoing individual to join our membership sales team! As an Evening & Weekend Membership Sales Representative, you will play a key role in growing our health club community by introducing prospective members to our facilities, programs, and services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a sales environment, and is passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Your primary responsibility is simple: Turn prospective members into happy, active members!

Full-time position in the health & fitness industry.

Responsibilities

Membership Sales & Growth

• Generate new memberships through facility tours, consultations, and follow-up conversations.
• Welcome prospective members and provide an exceptional first impression.
• Educate guests about membership options, amenities, programs, and promotions.
• Convert walk-in traffic, guest passes, and membership inquiries into new memberships.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual membership sales goals.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up

• Proactively contact prospective members through phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Schedule appointments and conduct follow-ups with potential members.
• Reconnect with former members and encourage them to return.
• Promote referral programs and special membership offers.
• Maintain accurate prospect and sales records in the club’s membership system.

Member Experience & Club Promotion

• Build positive relationships with current and prospective members.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional, and enthusiastic club atmosphere.
• Assist with membership promotions, special events, and community outreach.
• Work closely with club management to identify opportunities for membership growth.
• Support front desk operations and member services as needed.

Pay

Hourly pay plus sales commissions and incentives.

Schedule

Evenings and weekends.
