EVELINA LONDON CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL HOSTS A FUTURE DREAMS BAKE SALE

About the Event

Rachel, the Matron of The Evelina London Children’s Hospital Education Team, hosted a bake sale in aid of Future Dreams to raise vital funds and awareness. The bake sale spanned all offices in the hospital, with cakes and treats contributed by staff and their families, raising an incredible £348.

This money will support Future Dreams' three pillars: research and awareness.

“We had a lot of different cakes—Victoria sponge, biscuits, muffins, booby cakes baked by my friend’s 12-year-old, and a brownie-off between our matron and an educator’s son (the son won and declared he was prouder of that than of his GCSEs)! It was to raise some money, as well as spread awareness about how to check your chest.” — Charlii
