About the role

The Only Facial needs several “other people first” Estheticians to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a licensed Esthetician who cares deeply about their customers' skin care routines and enjoys building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
• Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician (required)
• People who connect immediately with others
• Passion for skincare and continued learning
• Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply - training provided!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed

Pay

$27+ per hour

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions including a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends.
