Evaluation and Strategic Communications Specialist

About the role

The Evaluation & Strategic Communications Specialist will be responsible for conducting evaluations and developing strategic communications plans to support the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

• Conducting evaluations to assess program effectiveness and impact
• Developing and implementing strategic communications plans to promote the organization’s initiatives
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights
• Writing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, communication, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in evaluation and communications
• Strong writing and reporting skills
• Experience with data analysis tools

Qualifications

• Knowledge of public health principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Understanding of public health policies and regulations
