About the role
The Evaluation & Strategic Communications Specialist will be responsible for conducting evaluations and developing strategic communications plans to support the organization's goals.
Responsibilities
- Conducting evaluations to assess program effectiveness and impact
- Developing and implementing strategic communications plans to promote the organization’s initiatives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights
- Writing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, communication, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in evaluation and communications
- Strong writing and reporting skills
- Experience with data analysis tools
- Knowledge of public health principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Understanding of public health policies and regulations
