About the Opportunity

The Member Services Agent role is designed to enhance the member experience by providing personalized support and advocacy. This position is responsible for managing member interactions, resolving inquiries, and improving member satisfaction by delivering authentic and thoughtful service. The role contributes by directly impacting member loyalty and the overall quality of service provided.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for members via voice and email with professionalism and positivity.
  • Resolve inquiries related to returns, order tracking, and modifications without reliance on scripted responses.
  • Develop skills to handle complex situations and engage through alternate communication channels such as messaging and social media.
  • Maintain flexibility to work shifts Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of contact center experience, preferably in e-commerce or luxury retail within the last five years.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically without scripted guidance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, adaptable to member needs.
  • Resilience and positive energy to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Confidence in decision-making and ownership of member issues.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Hourly pay rate of $18. Compensation package may include bonus or commission, stock options, 401(k) participation, paid time off, and medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, based on role eligibility and other factors.
