Responsibilities

• Hands-on expert responsible for the day-to-day operations of end-user technology
• Provide Tier 2/3 deskside support
• Ensure the reliability of Windows/macOS devices
• Manage imaging/deployment (SCCM/Intune)
• Act as the escalation point for support tickets
• Oversee ticket queues to ensure SLA compliance
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Articles (KAs)
• Onsite support and PC tech (hardware/deside tasks)
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science

Pay

Base salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 per annum
