ETP Specialist
The Opportunity
The Exchange Traded Fund Specialist (“ETF Specialist”) will work in a small client-oriented institutional trading operation that services the primary market (i.e. no retail).
What you’ll do
- Receive, review, and authorize institutional orders.
- Perform daily reconciliations of clients’ orders by policies and procedures.
- Facilitate AP Agreements.
- Attend meetings with clients and other service providers.
- Produce internal and external reporting and metrics.
- Disseminate fund corporate action notifications to APs.
- Affiliate with other assigned projects.
To qualify for the role
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in securities and security markets, investment operations, and/or financial client experience.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 license.
- Major or concentration in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Trading experience in stocks, bonds, commodities, and/or ETFs.

Salary Range
$65,000 - $70,000
