ETF Trading Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an ETF Trading Support Engineer to work directly with our ETF market-making desk and technology teams. This role focuses on configuring, analyzing, validating, and improving business logic across the trading lifecycle. You will develop a deep understanding of how market and system data translate into trading strategy improvements. You will also gain an appreciation for the operational complexities of running and maintaining production trading strategies. The work is hands-on: we are looking for someone who can build practical tools to enhance team productivity. The role sits at the intersection of trading support and data analysis and is well suited for someone analytically minded, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. Direct market-making experience is not required. Ideal candidates want to move closer to electronic markets and real-time decision-making and may come from finance, data analysis, technology, operations, or another quantitative field.
