ETF Servicing Lead, Director

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking an ETF Servicing Lead Director to drive continuous improvement in process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. This role partners with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing ETF Servicing team for optimal partner support
• Foster a risk management culture within operational processes
• Expand the global ETF Servicing footprint with effective organizational strategies
• Evolve governance frameworks to streamline ETF Servicing operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders on new product launches and enhancements
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to broader business objectives through collaboration and execution

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in ETF operations or related functions
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and culture building
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders across global teams
• Exceptional communication skills for synthesizing complex information
• Analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
• Experience in business process and technology design as a subject matter expert
• FINRA Series 99 and SIE licenses required within 90 days of hire

Pay

$215,000 – $275,000 annually
