Estimator (Stormwater Maintenance)

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs and work orders
• Perform site visits (if local)
• Perform Takeoffs
• Research plans and coordinate with local jurisdictions
• Attend meetings with HOA boards, property managers & property owners
• Develop estimates in InEight
• Build scopes with assumptions/exclusions
• Manage proposal timelines
• Communicate with clients
• Cookordination handoff to PMs
• Track proposals
• Support change orders

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret construction civil drawings. Plan views and details/cross sections/profiles.
• Provide accurate take off quantities.
• Attention to detail and understanding critical importance of hitting due dates.
• Civil/Stormwater/Landscaping estimating experience
• Production-based estimating ability
• Strong communication skills
