Estimator/Project Manager - Water - Sewer - Drainage

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 10 years estimating experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Adobe, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word
• Evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that details have been reviewed to successfully provide the clients with an accurate price
• Have a thorough understanding of scopes with the ability to read, understand and do take offs on blueprints
• Prepare and submit proposals to clients
• Prepare and submit purchase orders to vendors
• Clean driving record with reliable transportation
• Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment
