About the role

The Role: As an Estimator/Project Manager, you will estimate, bid, and manage profitable restoration projects while collaborating with crews, superintendents, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately estimate and prepare bids for construction projects
  • Possess strong prospecting and relationship-building skills to identify new opportunities
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to set and meet project schedules
  • Maintain project performance against budgets and continuously improve future estimates
  • Manage projects on-site, ensuring effective communication with crews and clients
  • Handle billing processes with precision and timeliness
  • Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Technical Expert or Craftsman at heart, with an eye for detail and commitment to quality
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar experience (preferred)
  • 3+ years of estimation/project management in concrete or masonry restoration or related fields (preferred)
  • Proficient in reading construction plans, MS Office, and communication tools
  • Process-driven individual with exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable leading projects and prioritizing decisions under pressure
  • Naturally take ownership, lead with precision, and excel in accountability
  • Driven by problem-solving, structure, and process while delivering quality craftsmanship
  • Thrives in environments where accuracy and measurable results are paramount

Qualifications

Technical Expert or Craftsman at heart, with an eye for detail and commitment to quality

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar experience (preferred)

3+ years of estimation/project management in concrete or masonry restoration or related fields (preferred)

Proficient in reading construction plans, MS Office, and communication tools

Process-driven individual with exceptional time management and organizational skills

Comfortable leading projects and prioritizing decisions under pressure
