Responsibilities
- Sales: Market business relationships, obtain new accounts, develop customer relationships, attend business development meetings.
- Estimating: Perform all aspects of estimating, prepare proposals, review bids, clarify specifications with customers.
- Project Management: Submit contract documents, provide technical assistance, complete work plans, review project progress.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Interior & Structural Demolition Estimating Experience, Valid Driver’s License, Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior Experience: 2 - 5 Years of Interior & Structural Demolition Estimating Experience, Northern California Experience Preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Skills: Proficient in MS Project and Bluebeam Revu.
