About the Role
The Estimator IV supports the project management team achieve its goals by delivering high quality estimates on time. The Estimator IV is responsible for developing and completing project-specific estimates based on written and/or oral direction from project managers.
- Supervise, direct, and manage the estimating team to ensure timely and accurate completion of electrical estimates.
- Perform estimating takeoffs on projects.
- Provide leadership and training to develop skills of estimators, estimator trainees, and others on the estimating team.
- Conduct estimating system training for all estimators, project managers, and others as necessary.
- Create and communicate company standards for estimating electrical design/build and plans and specs work.
- May create, maintain, and upgrade the company estimating system, database (units and prices), and assemblies.
- Communicate and partner with project managers and general contractors to ensure a high-quality estimate is delivered on time.
- Manage the quotation process with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure pricing incorporates all scope items.

Your skillset includes proven verbal and written communication skills, and you have an eye for detail ensuring accuracy in the work that you do. Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. BA/BS preferred.
- Experience: Seven (7) years of electrical estimating experience in commercial/industrial/high-tech industry. Five years’ experience with a design/build contractor.

Pay
Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000
