Estimator (Interiors & Special Projects)

About the role

Winter Construction is seeking an Estimator for their Interiors & Special Projects Team. This opportunity features project diversity, participation in interesting, fast-paced projects across a wide array of markets, and a vibrant team environment. The Estimators will work in the newly built, "open-concept" office in Atlanta, which is located in the Metro Area.

Responsibilities

• Participate in diverse construction projects
• Collaborate with the Interiors & Special Projects Team
• Work in a newly built, open-concept office in Atlanta
• Contribute to the success of the Interiors & Special Projects Team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math & Sciences, Construction Management, or 1+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Interest in estimating and pre-construction aspects of commercial construction

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Proficient in estimating software
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
