Estimator - Fort Collins

About the role

We are seeking an Estimator to join our Fort Collins office. The Estimator will assist with the gathering of proposals, coordination of bids, and the accurate and detailed task of take-offs through various software applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare gathering proposals and related documents to prepare for bids
• Identify the requirements and compute the costs for labor and materials
• Maintain cost data and trends
• Represent the company at pre-construction/pre-bid meetings
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends in a timely manner

Requirements

• Problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction related degree
• Experience with OnScreen takeoff software

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to act with integrity
