Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Hours: Must be flexible.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact and communicate with clients in commercial, government, and industrial sector environments.
• Perform on-site and virtual take-offs.
• Secure all necessary pricing from vendors and partners.
• Create estimates and proposals.
• Review and manage plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Create Project handoff documents.
• Participate in Project Handoff and Project Budget process.

Education and Experience Requirements

• 2+ Years of Experience in Construction as an Estimator or Project Manager is required.
• Prior experience bidding on data center projects is required.
• Familiarity with the Mission Critical Sector is a Plus.
• A High School Diploma is required, a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
• Familiar with Computer Takeoff Software (Planswift, Bluebeam, Edge, Stack, etc..)
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent time management & organizational skills to ensure bids & proposals are submitted by deadline.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Bachelors in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Familiar with Computer Takeoff Software (Planswift, Bluebeam, Edge, Stack, etc..).
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent time management & organizational skills to ensure bids & proposals are submitted by deadline.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000.

Schedule

This position will be either a Full-Time In-Office position or a Full-Time Remote position (M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm). The first week of employment will be in the office for training, then transition to either staying in the office or being fully remote.
