Estimator (Collision Center)

What You’ll Do

• Write accurate and efficient repair estimates based on vehicle damage
• Communicate directly with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process
• Provide updates and ensure a smooth, stress-free customer experience
• Cook up coordination with technicians to ensure timely and proper repairs
• Maintain detailed documentation on all estimates and customer interactions
• Support daily production flow and help the team meet performance goals

Qualifications

• 1+ year of estimating or collision repair experience (DRP experience preferred)
• Knowledge of repair procedures and OEM guidelines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
