for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove lines like "Want to learn more about this role and Jobot? Click our Jobot logo and follow our LinkedIn page!" and "Easy Apply now by clicking the "Easy Apply" button." Also remove "Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "Interested in hearing more? Easy Apply now..." etc. Also remove "Job Details" maybe not needed as heading? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- About the role: The description "A bit about us: ..." plus maybe "This role requires ..." etc. That's prose.
- Responsibilities: list of duties after "Responsibilities:" bullet points.
- Qualifications: list after "Qualifications:" bullet points.
- Benefits: list after "Why join us?" bullet points.
- Pay: Salary range given: "$75,000 - $125,000 per year". So we need a Pay section.
- Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule.
- Skills: Not explicitly a separate section; but we could incorporate skills into Qualifications or Responsibilities. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Skills into Qualifications or maybe not create a Skills section if no explicit list. The posting mentions skills like "Proficiency in using industry-specific software such as Bluebeam and PROCORE", "Solid understanding of commercial construction, blueprint reading, and material take off (MTO)", etc. Those are already in Qualifications. So we can omit Skills section.
Thus sections: About the role (maybe heading "About the role" or "About us"? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use "About the role". Could also use "About the company". But follow instruction: use "About the role". We'll put prose there.

Now About the role prose: We need to combine the paragraphs about the company and role.
Original text after "Job details:" includes: "CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR + COMMERCIAL PROJECTS + PRECONSTRUCTION Estimating + Takeoffs + Bid Analysis + Subcontractor Pricing + Project Costing This Jobot Job is hosted by: Haley Lucas Are you a fit? We need to remove boilerplate like "Want to learn more about this role and Jobot? Click our Jobot logo and follow our LinkedIn page!" and "Easy Apply now..." etc. Also remove "Job details:" line? It's not a heading but maybe we can drop it. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, application instructions. So we should remove "Easy Apply now by clicking the "Easy Apply" button and sending us your resume." and also "Are you a fit? Easy Apply now by clicking the "Easy Apply" button." Also remove "Jobot Job is hosted by: Haley Lucas" maybe considered metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short or drop it. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So "Jobot Job is hosted by: Haley Lucas" is minor metadata; we could drop it or put in a short p. Safer to drop it.
Also "CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR + COMMERCIAL PROJECTS + PRECONSTRUCTION Estimating + Takeoffs + Bid Analysis + Subcontractor Pricing + Project Costing" looks like a tagline; we could incorporate into About the role prose? It's substantive? It's basically the role title and keywords. Since we cannot repeat job title as heading, but we can include it in prose. It's not boilerplate. So we can keep that as part of About the role.
Thus About the role prose could be:
"CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR + COMMERCIAL PROJECTS + PRECONSTRUCTION Estimating + Takeoffs + Bid Analysis + Subcontractor Pricing + Project Costing. Growing construction company specializing in commercial construction and renovation projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. We bring together experienced construction professionals, strong project management and a hands-on approach to deliver quality projects for our clients. We need to ensure we didn't lose any substantive info: The salary is covered in Pay section. The "A bit about us:" is included. The "We bring together..." etc. Good.
