• Salary: $70,000 - $125,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting complex construction drawings and specifications to create accurate project proposals.
• Managing the bid process from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Utilizing Procore and Bluebeam software to enhance the efficiency of the estimation process.
• Collaborating with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are understood and incorporated into bids.
• Providing specialty contracting experience to enhance project proposals and bids.
• Continually updating knowledge of construction methods and materials to ensure accurate estimations.
• Balancing multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring each is given the necessary attention and detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on estimating.
• Proven experience in reading and interpreting complex construction drawings.
• Demonstrated experience in managing the bid process and juggling multiple bids.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Specialty contracting experience.
• Proficiency in using Procore and Bluebeam software.
• Experience in facilities and security is a plus.
