Estimator

Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive scopes of work
• Lead trade leveling sessions
• Ensure total coverage on bid days
• Identify creative, cost-effective design alternatives
• Partner closely with Clark Project Managers and Superintendents

Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of dedicated estimating experience
• Experience estimating large-scale projects ($50M+) across diverse sectors
• Mastery of modern digital construction workflows
• Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline
• Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence

Pay

Base salary range: $45,000 - $140,000

Schedule

Flexible schedule to accommodate project demands, including extended hours during critical project phases or client deadlines.
