You’ll assess damage, write accurate estimates, and guide customers through the repair process with professionalism and transparency. What You’ll Do Assess vehicle damage and determine repair needsWrite accurate repair estimates and insurance documentationCommunicate timelines and costs with customersWork closely with technicians to keep repairs on trackNegotiate with insurance partners for fair repair coverage What You Bring 1–3 years of collision or automotive experienceStrong knowledge of repair processes and vehicle structureExcellent communication and negotiation skillsDetail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license Ready to Make an Impact?
