CSR / Estimator Assistant McDonald Collision has an immediate opening for our team!!!! McDonald Collision is looking for a new member for our CSR / Estimator Assistant team. Our ideal candidate has collision administrative experience, with a strong customer service background. Role Assisting with answering customer phone callsCustomer service with walk in customersSchedulingVehicle check in/delivery walk around with customersCustomer updatesMonitoring of office emailsMonitoring of insurance supplement submissionsCreating Repair Orders Qualifications Good customer communication and service skills a must!Collision administrative experience preferred.Proficiency with collision estimating software, CCC preferred.Excellent interpersonal skills, responsive listening and critical thinking aptitude.Excellent oral and written skills, detail oriented, punctual.Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude with cooperation, and leadership style with all team members and customers. Requirements Basic computer skills (printer/copier/phones/camera)Basic math & accounting skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle high stress customers & situations with a positive attitudeAttention to detail & quality oriented in all tasks A working understanding of vehicles or previous experience in the collision or mechanical field is helpful.
