About the role
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Responsibilities
- Preparing quantity surveys
- Developing project estimates and budgets
- Performing cost analysis
- Contributing to project forecasting
- Conducting research
- Engaging in project negotiations
- Cooking with various stakeholders to ensure accurate project estimations
Requirements
- Experience working in a construction cost management or estimating role
- Experience with Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Project Estimation
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Experience as a project engineer is a plus
- Research skills related to construction projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in construction consulting or related industry is a plus
Qualifications
Candidates must have a Visa or be a US Citizen authorized to work in the country.
