Key Responsibilities
- Supervision and direction of a team of Trenchless Estimators
- Oversight of daily operations and assignment of workloads
- Establishment and implementation of standard processes
- Holding the team accountable to established processes
Requirements
- Strong mentorship abilities
- Strong understanding of construction methods and associated costs
- Understanding of multiple methods of contract delivery
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience working on trenchless construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related field preferred
- Experience managing a team of 5+ professionals desired
- Extensive estimating experience in construction industry desired, with a strong preference for experience estimating trenchless construction projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with AutoCAD, HCSS, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam desired
