Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
• Provide hands-on training and practical demonstrations to students
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Create an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning
• Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate them into your teaching

Requirements

• Must possess an active Educator Beauty of Culture Teaching License in the State of Indiana
• Must possess an active Esthetics License in the State of Indiana
• Relevant experience in the esthetics or beauty industry
• Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for mentoring and supporting students in their educational journey
