Responsibilities
As an Esthetics Instructor, you'll play a key role in creating an engaging and inspiring learning environment. You'll guide students through classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and clinic floor coaching while helping them develop the technical skills, professionalism, and confidence needed for successful careers in esthetics. Your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching esthetics theory and practical applications
- Mentoring students
- Evaluating student progress
- Supporting student achievement
- Maintaining a positive and productive classroom culture

Requirements
- Current California Esthetician License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education, coaching, and student success
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Teaching experience is preferred but not required. We provide training and support to help you succeed in your role.

Pay
Starting pay of $20 per hour.
