Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional sugaring services and personalized consultations
• Educate guests on pre/post care, memberships, and products
• Build and retain a strong, loyal clientele
• Maintain a clean, professional treatment space
• Support team goals, promotions, and studio growth

Requirements

• Active Indiana Esthetics or Cosmetology license
• 1+ year of hands-on experience (preferred)
• Strong guest experience and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a drive to learn and grow
• Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable

Schedule

Flexible Full-time Hours Within

• Mon–Thurs: 8am–9pm
• Fri–Sat: 8am–6pm
• Sun: 10am–6pm

Pay

$13.00 - $18.00 per hour
