Elements Massage of South Barrington, located within the bustling Arboretum shopping center, is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team of service professionals. We are looking for individuals committed to providing exceptional client care and excited to grow with our business as we expand our treatment offerings. Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide exceptional client care while delivering high-quality treatments.
• Perform facial treatments, back treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other esthetic enhancement services as offered.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and product recommendations.
• Accurately maintain client documentation.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies according to sanitation and infection control standards.
• Promote retail products and advanced treatment options.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to remain current with new treatments, devices, and industry trends.
• Deliver a luxury client experience from consultation through follow-up.

Requirements

• Current Illinois Esthetician License.
• An outgoing and friendly, client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers.
• Thrives in a professional, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, wellness, and continued education.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with advanced treatments is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to become certified and trained in new procedures as the practice expands.
