Esthetician/Sales Associate

Position Overview

The Esthetician/Sales Associate is directly responsible for helping guests achieve their lifestyle goals with exceptional guest service, marketing through social media, and attending community events. The Esthetician/Sales Associate will also be responsible for continuing their education of our products and services as well as working as a team with other employees and maintaining safety protocols within the center.

Qualifications

• Licensed skincare professional with a passion for health care
• Ability to work a minimum of 15-40 a week with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to comprehend and pass a number of iCRYO-designed service exams following initial training
• Maintain good time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multitask
• Display exceptional guest experience skills, and handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty
• Understand the needs of the guest, and the ability to educate guests on services needed in a competent, efficient, and professional manner
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Maintain an environment of trust, and communicate efficiently with managers and peers
• Maintain a clean environment and uphold company standards
