Esthetician- Part Time

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated, hard-working, and positive licensed Esthetician to join our team as a “SKIN EXPERT.” You’ll create, cultivate, and promote a fun and energetic environment while delivering top-tier facials, brows, lashes, and waxing services. This role offers tons of growth potential within our innovative concept.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.
• Achieve personal and store service and product sales goals.
• Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform 40-50 minute facials and services including dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts.
• Give service recommendations and rebook clients.
• Maintain State Board compliance and follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during, and after services.
• Keep accurate and complete records.
• Partner with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
• Work with the Salon Manager to ensure necessary supplies are on hand.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes and ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.

Requirements

• Active and valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License as required by law (Missouri and Kansas preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting.
• Developed communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

• Part-time: 20-30 hours per week.
• Availability required for nights and weekends.
