About the Role

Spa Haus Nashville is an award‑winning, independently owned day spa in Berry Hill. We are building a career home for an esthetician who is serious about their craft, committed to their clients, and ready to grow inside a team that invests in them. This role is primarily skincare‑focused, with full‑body waxing and lash lifts as part of the service menu.

Requirements

• Licensed Tennessee esthetician
• At least 2 years of spa experience
• Confidence performing full‑body waxing, including Brazilian waxes
• Ability to build client relationships and create skincare routines
• Commitment to educating clients on home care
• Minimum 20% product‑to‑service sales ratio

Skills

• Highly skilled and confident in facials and advanced skin treatments
• Full‑body waxing, including Brazilians
• Dermaplaning
• HydraFacial
• Microneedling
• Lash lifts and tints
• Retail education and product recommendation
• Familiarity with brands such as PCA, Epionce, Hydrinity, EltaMD, Skinbetter Science, HydraFacial, or Glacial (a plus)
