Join our Spa & Wellness team as an Esthetician and help us deliver exceptional experiences in a luxury resort environment. The Esthetician specializes in providing services related to skin care, including facial and body treatments, salt glows, waxing as a form of hair removal, and cosmetic make-up.

Responsibilities
- Provides courteous, efficient service to all guests and spa visitors.
- Provides consistent professional facials and waxing in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Has complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.
- Actively promotes the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
- Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
- Greets guests upon arrival. Ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and safe facility.
- Maintains an accurate supply list and inventory sheet.
- Maintains a clean and organized spa by monitoring the facilities regularly.
- Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of prior spa or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and time management discipline.
- Understanding of hospitality operating systems.
- CPR Certified preferred.
- Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Operate effectively in stressful situations.
