Estate Service Officer

Job Description

Oversee and supervise implementation of projects, advise and assist Campus Management on issues of mutual concern, oversee the correct application of policies, rules and regulation, ensure safe and healthy work environment, management transportation services, management telephone and mailing services, manage cleaning contract, manage terrain contract, budget control, prepare regular report, prepare progress reports of project implementation.

Requirements

• B-Tech Degree or equivalent technical qualification at level 7 in one of the following fields: Electrical, Civil or Mechanical OR B-Tech Business/Public Management with a strong Project Management background.
• Three (3) years working experience
