• California Bar admission
• 4+ years of estate planning experience with a trusts and estates / wealth transfer focus
• Associate through of counsel levels considered
• Any combination of the following is fine, you don't need all of them:
• High Net Worth Estate Planning / Wealth Transfer Planning
• Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts
• GRATs, QTIPs, Marital Trusts
• Estate and Gift Tax Planning
• Business Succession Planning
• Powers of Attorney / Advance Directives

About the Role

Handle sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer matters for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and their families, with the firm's full practice available to you as you grow.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft estate plans — wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related wealth transfer documents
• Advises on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
• Handles estate and trust administration matters
• Works on business succession planning for business owners and real estate investors
• Structures charitable planning and family foundations
• Collaborates with senior attorneys and paralegals across the firm's estate, trust, and litigation practices

Requirements

Small-firm collaboration, deep technical work, and client relationships that frequently span multiple generations.

Skills

Experience with complex estate planning and wealth transfer matters, including trusts and estates, tax planning, and business succession planning.
