Qualified individuals will have two to five years of experience, possess a strong academic background. Responsibilities Advise clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, medical powers of attorneys and tax strategiesDraft, review and revise estate planning documents tailored to individual client needsManage complex estates, including those involving business interests, charitable giving and multi-generational planningCollaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to create integrated estate plansStay current with federal and state laws impacting estate planning, probate and tax mattersFoster trust and rapport with clients through clear communication, confidentiality and responsive service Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Compensation: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
