Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and amending a variety of estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and other related documents.
• Advising clients on estate planning strategies and tax implications, ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal laws.
• Representing clients in probate court proceedings, including the administration of estates and trusts.
• Negotiating and resolving disputes related to estate planning and probate matters.
• Conducting legal research and analysis to stay informed of changes and developments in estate planning, tax, and probate laws.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and tax law.
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws related to estate planning.
• Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proven track record of business development and client retention.

Pay

Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 per year
