Responsibilities
- Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related estate planning documents
- Estate and trust administration
- Advising fiduciaries and beneficiaries
- Estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning
- Managing multiple matters independently while working collaboratively with colleagues
- Delivering high-quality client service
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California Bar
- Prior experience in trusts and estates law
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
- High level of attention to detail and organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
Pay
$175,000 - $225,000 per year
