What You'll Do
- Meet with clients to understand their estate planning goals and offer compassionate, personalized legal guidance
- Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
- Oversee the progress of each case to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives
- Maintain open, empathetic communication with clients throughout the entire legal process
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to provide exceptional service and support
- Stay up to date on laws and regulations to ensure full compliance and reduce client risk
- Educate clients on their options to empower informed, confident decision-making
