Estate Hospitality Attendant (Temporary Full Time)

Description

The Estate Hospitality Attendant is responsible for performing daily operations of the household and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, product quality, and customer service to the Jackson Family.

Essential Functions/Duties

• General house cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, etc.
• Laundry cleaning to include understanding of fabrics, steaming, ironing, and minor repairs to garments.
• General cleaning of the exterior porches and outdoor furniture.
• Aid with event setup and service when requested.
• Maintain and clean fine antique furniture, rugs, and art.
• Care for house plants.
• Maintain a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
• Perform other related services as specified.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent in education and experience.
• 1+ years’ housekeeping experience for high-end clientele.
• Familiarity with care, protection, and maintenance of fine antique furniture and objects d’art.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of household.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and flexible duties.
• Ability to pass criminal and credit background check.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35–40 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors and move between multiple residences.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Wage Transparency

The base pay for this role ranges from $18.21 - $21.42 per hour. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
