About the role

A well-established and growing fiduciary and trust services firm with a multi-decade track record is hiring a Senior Trust Officer to lead estate and death settlement engagements, backed by a team that genuinely cares about their people.

Responsibilities

• Lead estate settlement engagements from intake through final distribution
• Coordinate with attorneys, tax professionals, and advisors
• Oversee payment of debts, expenses, and taxes
• Manage beneficiary communications with empathy and professionalism
• Interpret wills and trust documents for accurate, compliant execution
• Navigate probate and manage risk across complex matters

Requirements

• 8+ years of trust and estate administration experience
• Strong knowledge of fiduciary, tax, and probate requirements
• CTFA preferred; JD or CPA a plus

Pay

$130,000 - $155,000/yr + Bonus (paid above target in recent years)
