Location: Naples, Florida (Onsite — NO REMOTE — NO HYBRID)

Compensation: $70,000 - $93,000 per year

About The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Estate and Trust Paralegal to manage estate and trust administration matters from asset collection through final distributions at the firm's Naples, Florida office.

Responsibilities

• Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection to final distributions
• Prepare inventories, schedules, and accountings at all probate steps
• Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for review and e-filing
• Assist in preparing estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns (Form 706, Form 709, Form 1041)
• Coordinate deadlines, monitor case schedules, and support attorneys proactively
• Maintain clear client communication and act as liaison between attorneys and families
