About the role

McCone Properties is hiring driven salespeople from Orlando to join our Dubai team. You will be relocating to one of the world's most active property markets, with structured training, experienced mentors, and a platform built to help you start closing from your first months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements
• Advise clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off-plan properties
• Negotiate offers and terms between all parties and successfully close transactions
• Assist with documentation and guide clients through the full transaction process
• Work closely with marketing and admin teams to maximise property exposure and ensure an efficient client experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties
• Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, pricing, new developments, and available inventory
• Provide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and marketing activities

Requirements

• Currently based in Orlando (or nearby) and ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
• Background in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, or real estate
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
• Financial stability is essential (commission-based role, 6 months of savings recommended)
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with strong English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Driving licence preferred, as you will need one in Dubai
