ESSA - Special Programs Instructional Assistant - Bilingual, 2026-27 - Grant

To improve student achievement by assisting a licensed teacher in the planning and implementation of an educational program, including individualized education programs (IEPs). Assigned educational programs may include both general and bilingual education settings.

Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish and English fluently
• Bilingual assessment will be required
• ESSA documentation required: proficiency in reading, writing, and math as outlined by the federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) for paraprofessionals in Title I funded schools. Applicants must provide transcripts and/or test results to verify qualifications.

Pay

Hourly range: $24.03 - $30.65
