About the role

To improve student achievement by assisting a licensed teacher in the planning and implementation of an educational program, including individualized education programs (IEPs).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of educational programs in both general and bilingual education settings.
• Work closely with licensed teachers to support the delivery of educational programs.
• Support students with individualized education programs (IEPs).

Requirements

• MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK, READ AND WRITE SPANISH AND ENGLISH FLUENTLY
• Bilingual Assessment Will Be Required

Qualifications

• Essential Job Functions: Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish and English fluently.
• ESSA Documentation Required: All applicants must register any ESSA requirements with the district by providing transcripts and/or test results.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, particularly in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work effectively with students and teachers.
• Knowledge of special education and individualized education programs (IEPs).
