About the role

To provide temporary support and assistance to special education teachers and classroom staff throughout the district as necessary for extreme behavior issues, acute medical situations and difficult student transitions.

Responsibilities

• Support special education teachers and classroom staff
• Assist with extreme behavior issues
• Respond to acute medical situations
• Help with difficult student transitions

Requirements

• ESSA documentation required (transcripts and/or test results)
• Meet ESSA proficiency requirements in reading, writing, and math
