Cosmo 1:1 Tutor Responsibilities
- Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students
- Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner
- Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student's age and ability
- Submit Class Feedback after each lesson
- Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner
- Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting
- Communicate with Cosmo staff
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL
- TEFL certificate preferred but not required
- Fast and reliable internet connection and access to a Windows or Mac PC with a minimum CPU of 6000
- Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months of teaching with Cosmo 1:1
- Available between 6-9 AM EST Monday through Friday or during the weekends
- Minimum of 20 hours of availability on a weekly basis
- Access to a private and quiet location
- Passion for helping students learn
Qualifications
- Currently located in the United States or Canada
Benefits
The base rate for this position is $20 USD plus additional incentives and bonuses.

$20 USD per hour
Schedule
Classes typically occur between 5-9 AM EST Monday through Friday
