ESE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

About the role

The ESE SUPPORT SPECIALIST will provide support services to students with disabilities in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Responsibilities

• Supports students with disabilities in accessing educational opportunities.
• Works collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement IEP goals.
• Assists in the development and implementation of accommodations and modifications.
• Maintains accurate records and documentation related to student progress and IEP compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Florida Professional Educator License (PEL).
• Experience working with students with disabilities.
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
