ESD Program Manager

Evaluation

• Maintain and improve the company ESD control Program
• Ensure compliance with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IEC 61340 Standards
• Conduct Factory audits and workstation evaluations
• Investigating ESD/EOS-related product failures
• Develop Corrective and preventive actions
• Train manufacturing associates on ESD best practices
• Manage grounding, ionization, packaging and material controls
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: BS or BA Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. 5 + years of ESD experience in Manufacturing or electronics
• Preferred Qualifications: Deep knowledge of ANSI/ESD S20.20 Experience with ESD testing equipment and auditing Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills Extensive operations/manufacturing quality experience Knowledge of Appliances manufacturing processes High initiative, self-starter, proactive, dedicated, results oriented, a team player. Technical degree or equivalent experience in high volume manufacturing environment

Working Conditions

• Travel to other manufacturing locations as needed (15-25%)
