About the Role
We are searching for an Escrow Operations Coordinator to support escrow closings by providing expertise and knowledge regarding a variety of advanced support options we are evolving and building.
Responsibilities
- Provides escrow operations support by assisting with administrative duties related to escrow closings and file reviews.
- Reviews and audits files related to escrow closings.
- Reviews settlement documents for accuracy.
- Works with escrow units when missing information is identified to ensure accuracy of closing is documented.
- Follows functional area’s processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoots as needed, and recommends suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
- Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High School diploma required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of the department/field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level.
Pay
Pay Range: $20.34 - $27.12 hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
